Roles & responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods properly.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
  • Arrange goods systematically on shelves and storage areas.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, delivery notes, gate passes, and shipping documents.
  • Handle shipping, receiving, distribution, and stock checking activities.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare outgoing packages for dispatch and shipping.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packing, and storage of materials.
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards.
  • Report damaged or missing items to the concerned department.
  • Assist in courier handling and distribution activities when required.
  • Maintain documentation related to warehouse and inventory operations.
  • Follow health and safety procedures while handling stock and warehouse materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/store keeping operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
  • Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Physically fit to handle warehouse-related tasks.
