Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using advanced analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR, etc.
Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and formulation science applications.
Interpret complex experimental data and prepare technical reports and presentations.
Troubleshoot instrumentation issues and analytical challenges independently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Production.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with internal and external quality systems.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience in a laboratory environment (pharmaceutical, petrochemical, or formulation-based industry preferred).
Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Petroleum Engineering, Physical Chemistry, or a closely related field. (Bachelor’s degree also be considered with relevant experience).
Strong hands-on experience with instrumental methods of analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong data interpretation and reporting abilities.
Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desired candidate profile
Knowledge of Organic Chemistry or Molecular Synthesis (desirable but not mandatory).
Experience with method development and validation.
