Roles & responsibilities:


  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
  • Assist in payroll processing and salary records.
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning activities.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards.
  • Ability to handle accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and taxation compliance will be an added advantage.
