The Flushby unit(FBU) is also called rapid service rig (RSR), which is a multifunctional equipment mainly used for well flushing and sand washing in thick oil wells and performing quick workover service of shallow to thick oil well.
It is the next generation of service machine that out performs service unit, pump truck and crane truck working together.
Flushby unit shows the excellent performance in actual oil well service, no matter in saving cost, or improving the efficiency, it is better than conventional workover rigs. Flushby unit has become a “first choice” option for workover operation.
The FBU is truck mounted self-propelled, typically consists of carrier, power system, transfer box, single-drum drawworks, triplex pump, mast system, hydraulic winch, hydraulic & pneumatic system, Liquid Storage Tank and manifold system etc. The Flushby unit can be customized to customer requirement.
