TIG & MIG Welder

Roles & responsibilities:

Perform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Set up welding machines and select proper welding techniques based on material type and thickness.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects and ensure quality standards.
Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing work as required.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a TIG & MIG Welder (1+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metallurgy.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, micrometers).
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Welding certification (AWS or equivalent).
Knowledge of stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel welding.
Ability to operate welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely.
Understanding of welding safety standards and PPE requirements.
Experience in fabrication, fitting, and assembly work.
Ability to perform welding inspections and identify defects.
