- Credit Card Accounting
- Post credit card payment entries in SAP
- Submit credit card statements for management approval & after approval coordinate with the Accounts Payable team for payment processing.
- Petty Cash Management
- Post petty cash transactions in SAP after checking all supporting’s
- Prepare and submit periodic petty cash reports to management for approval.
- Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
- Book vendor invoices in SAP and reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances or discrepancies in coordination with vendors.
- Process the payment requests and ensure timely posting of Payment in SAP
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in SAP-based accounting operations will be preferred.
- Good understanding of AP processes, reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with the UAE team.
- Ability to work independently while managing remote collaboration efficiently.
- Additional Information:
- This is a full-time, remote position based in India.
Candidate will coordinate and report directly to the UAE finance team.
